An open-plan layout that layers quirkiness onto a minimalist base
The door of this 2,020 sqf. apartment at the Tregunter Path opens into a pristine, loft-inspired space flooded with natural light. With the client’s brief to devise an open-plan concept, we gutted the space. The new living areas replaced three small bedrooms, once accessed off a single corridor. The open kitchen now sports a bar counter/ workspace and a floor-to-ceiling easy-to-clean message board.
The client also requested an all-white interior palette. To keep the apartment from appearing too minimalist, we added strong details such as the cluster of copper pendants from Zodiac and custom natural wood shelving.

“
We are very happy with our new home and are enjoying every moment in it. The plan allows sunlight to come through to the entire living and dining area, making it bright and warm. The layout of the kitchen and dining area makes it great for entertaining as well. It was a pleasant experience working with your design team.”
