The home unfolds across its levels with a relaxed sophistication. A light-filled foyer leads to a basement living area that opens onto a stone terrace. The heart of the home features a dining area with an iconic Double X Table, while the kitchen evokes a French café with a professional island and Spanish tile accents.

Private quarters offer a serene escape, from an olive-green master suite to a penthouse guest room with a skylight soaking tub. Throughout, signature tiles shift in hue from floor to floor, and once-underutilized bay windows now frame cozy reading nooks.

Thoughtful innovations are seamlessly woven into the design, including a discreet StairMaster system and a central laundry chute that doubles as a natural air shaft for climate control.
