Started in 2012 by Clifton, the Project Dream Programme has been helping needy students in realizing their dreams. Tik is one of the most motivating and inspiring students Clifton has supported. Tik is being diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome, causing him to have involuntary repetitive movements and vocalizations. However, this doesn’t stop him from pursuing his dream – being a circus clown. With Clifton’s support and encouragement, he has built up his confidence performing as a clown.
