Born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada, Clifton Leung holds an interior degree from Toronto's renowned Ryerson University. In 1997 he established Clifton Leung Design Workshop and he has since become one of Hong Kong most prolific interior designers. Combining design concepts of practicality and minimalism, many of the company's projects have become the city's most successful business and residential models.
Leung's award-winning practice has helped shape the image and branding of many leading international and local brands, including 1010, Calvin Klein, Converse, CTM, D&G, G.O.D., Gainfranco Ferre, GOELIA, HK Telecom, Just Cavalli, Marie France, Polo Ralph Lauren, Warner Bros., Youngor and one Michelin star restaurant MIST, transforming these retail and hospitality spaces into exceptional customer experiences. A lavish collection of these retail projects are featured in his book titled "Celebrating 15 years of Retail Design - Inside Out by Clifton Leung".
In addition to his retail projects, Leung has also designed the interiors of more than 100 luxury residences in Hong Kong. Over 40 of his most memorable residential projects are showcased in his two books titled "Interior Design Lifestyle by Clifton Leung: From Minimalism to Maximization".
Leung continues to be extremely dedicated to the Hong Kong and China design community through participating as a guest speaker at regional forums and conferences and lecturing at local design schools.
